KEEP ROMANCE ALIVE - This project was inspired by a man who was wearing a skirt and walking on 5th Avenue at lunchtime. He was screaming “KEEP ROMANCE ALIVE! KEEP ROMANCE ALIVE!”  Now I ask people “What is your ROMANCE?” “I am not French.  I am American.  I am not Socialist, but I like the idea of Socialism.  I believe that there should be a bottom line so people can have food, shelter, health care, and also jobs can be available to them….”  He kept talking for 2 minutes.  Because his vocabulary reached New York Times level, I couldn’t understand three words.  They were ‘meritocracy’, ‘integrated’, and ‘mayhem’.  He also believes that people can be ambitious and most importantly people need to work hard.  We had dinner on April 30, 2010 at an Italian restaurant with an Italian wine.  I don’t know where “I am not French” came from.  By the way, his name is Jim Helton, filmmaker and hard worker.
